- Adding insult to injury, their support team was abysmal.
We are extremely disappointed with Checkatrade and would recommend against using their services. There are more reliable alternatives out there. We feel sorry for having wasted our money on this disappointing service.

We Flung Money at It, But No Job Done: Checkatrade Fiasco.
My rundown with Checkatrade website turned into a nightmare. I hired a trader through their platform to handle some vital home repairs. They looked trustworthy at first, but it ended up a terrible ordeal.
Although I paid the full amount upfront, the work never started. Contact became impossible. It's been months, and I'm still left with unfinished repairs.
Their customer service has been useless throughout this whole process. They provided empty promises. It feels like I've been robbed.
- Avoid Checkatrade at all costs.
- Don't fall into the same trap I did.
